Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 c. peeled, seeded and cubed zucchini
2/3 c. lemon juice
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 unbaked pie crusts
2 Tbsp. cubed butter
Preparation

Place zucchini and lemon juice into a saucepan, cooking until tender.
Add sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon.
Simmer 5 minutes longer. Cool.
Pour into pie plate lined with crust.
Dot with butter. Top with second crust.
Bake 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven or until golden.
