Lemon Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. melted butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. 7-Up
1/4 tsp. almond extract
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
3/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Blend well the butter and sugar. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add extracts.
Sift together dry ingredients.
Add to egg mixture alternately with 7-Up.
Blend just enough to mix. Fold in lemon peel and nuts. Turn into greased loaf pan. Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 45 to 55 minutes.
