Sausage Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 large onion chopped
    2 eggs lightly beaten
    1 1/2 c. cornmeal (self-rising)
    17 oz. of can of cream style corn
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. sharp cheddar cheese 8 oz.
Preparation
    Grease 10 1/2 inch skillet. Brown sausage and onion (drain well). In bowl mix eggs, cornmeal, milk, cream corn and oil pour 1/2 mixture in skillet, sprinkle sausage on top, pour remaining batter on top. Bake 40 -45 minutes at 425\u00b0.
