Pork Tenderloins With Orange Pepper Sauce - cooking recipe

12 oz. pork tenderloin
3 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped shallots
1/3 c. dry white wine
3/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. shredded orange peel
2/3 c. orange juice
Preparation

Cut pork into 1/4-inch thick. Dust lightly with flour. Melt butter; add pork. Brown on both sides, making sure it is cooked all the way through. Take pork out of pan. Set aside.
