Ingredients

1/2 lb. plus 2 Tbsp. margarine
8 Tbsp. powdered sugar
3 c. flour
2 egg yolks
1 box round toothpicks
1 pkg. Kraft caramels
chopped nuts
Preparation

Use pastry blender to blend ingredients.
Blend flour and sugar.
Cut in margarine
and yolks.
Roll into small balls.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Place toothpicks in center of each ball right from oven.
Let cool.
Melt caramels and milk in double boiler.
Dip balls into melted caramel 3/4 of the way.
Then dip in nuts.
Set on wax paper until caramel hardens.
