"Kaak Naim" - Egyptian Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sifted flour
    2 1/2 c. butter
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 c. warm water
    1/4 c. sesame seed
    dash of salt
    1 c. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Heat butter to boiling and skim it.
    Mix flour and sesame seed; add hot butter to the mixture.
    Dissolve yeast in 1/2 water and sugar.
    Add yeast to mixture.
    Dissolve salt in remaining water (for blessing) and add to the dough.
    Knead until smooth. Roll out dough into pie-shaped circle and cut with a cookie cutter and design each one with a fork or special tweezers.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until golden; cool for 1 hour and cover cookies with powdered sugar.
