Strawberry Tartlets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 pastry shells
    4 oz. Petit Suisse or cream cheese
    superfine sugar to taste
    vanilla extract
    20 medium-sized strawberries
    red currant jelly
    squeeze of lemon juice
Preparation
    Sweeten the Petit Suisse with sugar.
    Add the vanilla and spread a little in the bottom of each pastry shell.
    Wash the strawberries if necessary and remove the hulls.
    Set a whole berry on top of each tartlet.
    Warm the red currant jelly with the squeeze of lemon juice and brush over the tartlets.
