Chicken Specialty Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. cooked chicken, chopped
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    1 c. chicken rice soup
    1 (6 oz.) can mushroom pieces
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can water chestnuts
    1 (5 1/2 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 can chow mein noodles
    1 (4 oz.) jar chopped pimentos
    1/2 lb. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Combine soups (undiluted), mushrooms (drained), milk, water chestnuts (drained) and pimentos.
    Add additional seasonings, if desired.
    Spoon into a 3-quart casserole dish; cover with cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
