Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
    1/2 c. bouillon
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    4 sprigs fresh parsley, chopped
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 slightly beaten egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Saute the onion in a little oleo.
    In a large bowl, mix stuffing mix, bouillon, ground meat, parsley, Parmesan, egg, salt and pepper. Blend and form into a loaf pan.
    Bake 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Pour tomato sauce and oregano over meat loaf and return to the oven to bake 20 minutes longer.
