Tomato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. pureed tomatoes or use fresh one
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. arrowroot
    4 Tbsp. water
    2 c. soy milk
Preparation
    Blend arrowroot and water.
    Put in pot and add pureed tomatoes and salt; bring to a boil for 3 to 4 minutes to cook arrowroot. Stir in 2 cups hot soy or nut milk. Keep from curdling.
    Makes 4 to 5 cups.
