Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mild sausage
    6 slices low-fat bread
    1 1/2 c. low-fat Longhorn or Cheddar cheese
    1 pkg. Egg Beaters
    2 c. low-fat milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. French's mustard
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Use 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish.
    Cook sausage; drain and rinse. Butter bread on one side or melt butter and dip.
    Cube bread. Layer bread in bottom of casserole.
    Sprinkle sausage over bread. Sprinkle cheese over sausage.
    Combine eggs, milk and mustard; stir.
    Pour over mix.
    Cover and refrigerate for 8 to 12 hours (as long as 24 hours).
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Serve with a fresh salad, crescent rolls and orange juice, if desired.
