Fresh Rhubarb Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oats
    1 c. flour
    1 c. light brown sugar
    1/4 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 c. diced rhubarb
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine oats, flour and brown sugar; add nuts.
    Cut in butter with pastry blender until crumbly.
    Combine sugar, rhubarb and cinnamon.
    Place half the crumb mixture in a greased 8-inch pan; cover with rhubarb mixture.
    Top with remaining crumb mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
