Diet Stew(Great) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground turkey
    1 large onion, diced
    1 large green pepper, diced
    1 large can tomato juice (or large can crushed tomatoes to eliminate the fruit)
    1 large can drained green beans
    1 large can drained Chinese vegetables
    1 large can drained bean sprouts
    3 large stalks celery, chopped
    3 large carrots, sliced
    dash of Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Fry turkey, onion and pepper in skillet.
    Mix all ingredients together and place in large Dutch oven and cook until thick or place in slow cooker all afternoon.
    Serves 6; 3 protein, 4 veggies and 1 fruit.
