Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 1/2 lb.) chicken, cut in serving parts
    2 1/2 c. finely crushed potato chips
    1 egg, beaten well
    2 Tbsp. milk
    pepper and salt (optional)
    1/2 can mushroom or chicken soup
    1/4 c. canned milk
Preparation
    Mix egg, milk, salt and pepper together.
    Dry chicken parts in paper towel and season.
    Dip each piece first in crushed potato chips, then in egg/milk mixture, then back in potato chips.
