Seafood Italian Style Pasta And Cauliflower Au Gratin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

approximately 3 lb. crab meat
1 (16 oz.) pkg. very fine noodles
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower
1/2 (30 oz.) jar Ragu tomato sauce
onions, tomatoes, garlic and canola oil for seasoning
Preparation

Saute chopped onion, garlic and tomato in a small amount of oil until golden.
Stir in dry spices and a 1/4 cup chicken broth. Add seafood, stirring to coat well with spices.
Pour on tomato sauce diluted with some chicken broth.
Bring to boil.
Adjust seasoning and simmer, uncovered, for 5 to 10 minutes.
Remember \"crabmeat\" is ready to eat when purchased, so cooking time is short.
Prepare noodles according to directions on package.
When cooked, but not soggy, drain and toss with some oil and sauteed garlic (optional).
Saute chopped onion and garlic; stir in cauliflower pieces.
Pour 1/4 cup broth.
Season to taste and cook, uncovered, over reduced heat for about 5 minutes.
Top with sauteed seasoned breadcrumbs.
