Vareniky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. dry curd cottage cheese
    1 1/2 Tbsp. onions, finely chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 egg yolks
    3 egg whites, lightly beaten
    1 c. milk
    3 to 3 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix the first 4 ingredients well, until cottage cheese is in fine curds; set aside.
