Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large c. sauerkraut, squeezed and drained good
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1/2 c. green peppers, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 small jar pimentos, chopped
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. oil
Preparation

Heat sugar and vinegar until sugar dissolves; cool, then add 1/2 cup oil.
Mix. Cool and eat.
