My Mother'S Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. instant rice
4 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. chopped onion
4 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 can beef consomm
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
salt and pepper to taste
paprika
Preparation

Saut the rice, butter, onion and green peppers in a heavy skillet until lightly browned. Add the consomm and stir until all the ingredients are hot. Add the mushrooms, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
