Ingredients

4 Cornish hens (1 1/2 lb. each)
salt
1 (10 oz.) all fruit apricot spread
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Line a 14 x 10 x 2-inch baking pan with heavy-duty foil.
Salt the inside and outside of the hens. Combine apricot spread with the cinnamon.
Brush hens with part of glaze after placing them in pan.
Cover hens with a foil tent and bake for 20 minutes.
Brush with more glaze.
Remove tent and continue baking, brushing with glaze 2 more times.
Bake approximately 1 1/2 hours.
