Fruit Cremes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (4 serving size) pkg. sugar-free Jell-O gelatin (any flavor)
3/4 c. boiling water
1/2 c. orange juice or water
ice cubes
1 c. cold low-fat milk
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Combine orange juice or water and ice cubes to make 1 cup.
Add to gelatin and stir until ice is completely melted.
Add milk.
Pour into individual dessert dishes.
Chill.
Soft set in 30 minutes.
Makes 5 servings.
