Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 small green pepper, sliced or chopped
1 small onion, sliced or chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, halved or sliced
3 Tbsp. sherry
26 or 28 oz. Ragu sauce
Preparation

In a 12-inch skillet, heat oil over medium heat and cook green pepper, onion, and garlic powder 3 minutes or till vegetables are tender.
Add chicken and brown 3 minutes.
Stir in sherry and pepper, cook 3 minutes.
Stir in Ragu sauce and cook 8 minutes or till chicken is no longer pink.
Serve over cook rice or pasta. Serves 8.
