Granny'S Sour Cream Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped pecans
6 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. margarine
1 c. sour cream
2 c. flour, sifted
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Cream sugar with margarine.
Add eggs, sour cream and vanilla. Sift together flour, salt and baking powder.
Add to creamed mixture.
For topping, mix pecans, cinnamon and brown sugar.
