Black Eyed Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2- 12 oz. cans black eyed peas, drained and rinsed
1/2 c. red onion
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
dash garlic powder
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. vegetable oil
Preparation

Combine all the ingredients and refrigerate at least 12 hours.
