Broccoli Rabe Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. coarsely chopped broccoli rabe, cooked and drained
    1 c. diced cooked ham
    1/2 c. diced Mozzarella
    6 eggs
    2 Tbsp. Romano cheese
    Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Beat eggs with Romano cheese.
    Combine broccoli with ham, Mozzarella and eggs.
    Season to taste.
    Butter a 1 1/2 qt. casserole or souffle dish, pour mixture into dish.
    Bake uncovered 25 - 30 minutes or until set.
    Serves 6 - 8.
