Microwave 5-Minute Blueberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 pt. blueberries
    1 (9-inch) graham cracker crumb crust (purchased ready-made)
Preparation
    In medium bowl, combine sugar, cornstarch, and 1/2 cup water. Cook on High for 2 minutes, or until mixture boils 1 minute; mixture should be thick; stir.
    Stir in blueberries; cook on high for 3 minutes, stirring once.
    Pour into crust.
    Makes 8 servings.
