Apricot Nectar Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs (room temperature), separated
1 box yellow cake mix
3/4 c. apricot nectar
3/4 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. almond extract
1 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation

Beat the egg whites until stiff.
Mix egg yolks and other ingredients, except egg whites.
Fold in egg whites.
Bake in a Bundt or tube pan for about 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
