Peanut Butter And Jelly "Fish" Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. peanut butter
    2 Tbsp. apple jelly
    dash of ground nutmeg
    16 slices light wheat bread
    16 currants
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients.
    Cut each slice of bread with a fish shaped cookie cutter.
    Spread peanut butter mixture on half of fish shaped pieces of bread.
    Top with remaining bread.
    Make tiny slits on each piece of bread and insert currants for eyes.
    Makes 8 servings.
