Turkey Mini Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground turkey
    1/2 c. crushed cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 slightly beaten egg
    1 Tbsp. chicken broth or water
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients and form into small, bite size balls.
    Place meatballs on top of broiler pan so any fat will drip away.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes or until brown. Meanwhile, prepare the following sauce.
