Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

bread cubes to cover 9 x 12-inch pan 1 1/2 inches thick
1 qt. milk
1 c. sugar
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 Tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. raisins or dates (optional)
Preparation

Cover the bottom of a 9 x 12-inch pan with bread cubes, possibly two layers.
Pour over this the remaining ingredients; sprinkle a dash of cinnamon on top.
Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or until set.
