Vegetarian Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    whole wheat pita bread or low-fat prepared pizza crust
    2-3 favorite veggies chopped (broccoli, carrots, onion, sweet red peppers)
    1 1/2 c. garden variety spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Spread sauce on crust, pile high with veggies.
    Bake for 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
    275 calories; fat, 4 gms.
    13% fat.
    This is good for dieters.
