Potato Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. butter or margarine
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
2 c. coarsely crushed potato chips

Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs and flavoring and beat well. Add potato chips.
Sift flour and soda.
Stir in creamed mix. Drop on cookie sheet and bake 10 to 12 minutes at 375\u00b0.
