Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. chopped tomatoes
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
    3 tsp. salt
    1 c. white vinegar
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/4 tsp. tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except vinegar, and cook until thick. Add vinegar and cook 5 minutes longer.
    Pour into warm jars.
    Put into hot water bath for 15 minutes.
