Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. ground cranberries
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 pkg. jello (raspberry)
    2 c. hot water
    2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 orange
    1 c. chopped celery
Preparation
    In food processor, grind cranberries.
    Add sugar and set aside.
    In large bowl, dissolve jello with hot water.
    Add pineapple, pecans and celery.
    Grind orange (peel and all) and add to mixture. Add cranberries.
    Mix and chill overnight.
    Great for the holidays.
