Carrot Dip For Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. cream-style cottage cheese
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    2 medium carrots, peeled and grated
    3 small dill pickles, finely chopped
    1 Tbsp. caraway seed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine cottage cheese and mayonnaise in blender container. Process at high speed until smooth.
    Mix with remaining ingredients in bowl. Chill. Serve with broccoli flowerets for dipping.
    Yields 48 tablespoons.
