Fried Bananas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. cream
1 egg, slightly beaten
4 firm bananas
3 Tbsp. crunched corn flakes
Preparation

Combine salt, cream and egg.
Peel and cut bananas in fourths. Roll them in egg mixture and then corn flakes.
Fry in deep fat until golden brown.
Serves four.
