Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. chopped broccoli
1 can sliced carrots
1 c. Cremora
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 small onion, sauteed in 1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt and pepper
6 Tbsp. flour
1 can mushroom soup
1 can water
cheese crackers, crushed
Preparation

Place vegetables in 2-quart casserole. Combine dry ingredients, mixing well. Spoon over vegetables.
Mix soup and water.
Pour over vegetables and dry mixture.
Bake at 325\u00b0 if in glass dish or 350\u00b0 in metal pan for 40 minutes.
Stir gently twice. Top with cracker crumbs the last 20 minutes of cooking time.
