Ingredients

4 slices firm white or whole wheat bread
4 Tbsp. margarine, divided
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
4 oz. sliced, cooked chicken
2 slices (1 oz. each) Swiss cheese
1 egg
1 Tbsp. milk
1/8 tsp. salt
2 lb. ground round beef (must be only ground round)
salt
pepper
4 sliced onions
Preparation

Salt and pepper the beef to taste and form into a ball.
Put on a platter.
Surround the ball with sliced onions and serve with rye bread.
Have salt and pepper shakers handy.
