Pork Chops And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    flour
    2 Tbsp. fat
    3 c. canned tomatoes
    1 c. water
    3/4 c. uncooked rice
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. green pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Brown pork chops, floured, in fat.
    Add remaining ingredients. Cook in electric skillet for 1 1/2 hours at 150\u00b0 or bake in oven for 1 1/2 hours at 375\u00b0.
