Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium unpeeled sweet potatoes
    1/2 c. half and half
    1/3 to 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/3 tsp. ground cinnamon
    3 egg whites
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Cook sweet potatoes in boiling water for 20 to 25 minutes or until tender.
    Let cool to touch; peel and mash.
    Combine potatoes and next 6 ingredients, mixing well.
    Set aside.
