Pork Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. pork roast
    1 can tomatoes
    1 can creamed corn
    1/2 (or less) stick margarine
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil roast until completely cooked and tender.
    Remove roast from broth; cool and cut in small pieces.
    Strain broth and chill; remove excess fat.
    Place roast back into strained broth and add remaining ingredients.
    Cook on low heat for 3 or 4 hours.
    Stir frequently.
    Delicious over rice.
