Chicken-Chip Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cubed, cooked chicken
    2 c. sliced celery
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/3 c. toasted, slivered almonds
    2 tsp. grated onion
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. monosodium glutamate
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 oz. American cheese, shredded
    1 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation
    First, preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Second, combine first 8 ingredients, then pile lightly in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese, then sprinkle with potato chips.
    Bake 20 minutes.
    It serves 5 to 6.
