Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. oil
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 c. drained crushed pineapple
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Combine oil, sugar and egg; beat well.
    Add remaining ingredients; mix thoroughly.
    Place in greased bread pan.
    Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Cool slightly for easier slicing.
