Bourbon Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. vanilla wafers, crushed
1 1/2 c. 10x sugar
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. bourbon
Preparation

In mixing bowl, blend all ingredients together.
Roll into small balls; roll in granulated sugar.
Put on greased cookie sheets; chill for several days to let flavors blend.
These keep very well.
Makes about 40.
