Pineapple Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cream
    1/2 block butter
    1 c. drained, crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cook sugar, cream and pineapple until it forms a soft ball in cold water.
    Remove from heat; add butter and pecans.
    Beat until thick and creamy.
    Pour in 9 x 9-inch buttered pan.
    Cool.
    Cut into squares.
