Russian Angel Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg yolks
    2 tsp. confectioners sugar
    1/4 c. heavy cream
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 Tbsp. brandy
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks until thick.
    Add sugar and cream.
    Beat until well blended.
    Chill dough for easier handling.
    Roll on lightly floured board.
    Cut into 1 1/2-inch diamonds.
    Make a slit in center of each diamond; slip one end through slit and pull gently to make a bow.
    Fry in hot deep fat at 375\u00b0
    until light brown. Drain.
    When cool, dust with confectioners sugar.
