Unbelievable Guacamole Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 avocados, peeled, pitted and chopped
    2 tsp. minced garlic or 1 clove leaf
    1 Roma tomato, grilled to charred
    pinch of black pepper
    1 Tbsp. chopped jalapeno (optional)
    juice of 2 lemons or 2 Tbsp. (I use 1 lime and 1 lemon)
    1/4 c. chopped red onion
    pinch of salt
    dash of hot sauce (to taste)
Preparation
    In mixing bowl add avocados.
    Using a fork mash (slightly) the avocados.
    Add lemon juice, garlic and red onion.
    Season mixture with salt and pepper, hot sauce to spice it up.
    I place Romas on grill and cook until blackened.
    Rotate often.
    Then peel skin.
    I leave some on for that \"smoked\" flavor.
    Chop and stir in avocado mixture.
    I add jalapenos for a zing.
    You can leave it out and add more hot sauce for spice.
    Serve with cheese quesadillas, chips or with your favorite taco.
