Country-Style Skillet Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 pkg. (8 oz.) medium noodles (2 c.)
    1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce with chopped onions
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 lb. Swiss cheese, shredded (about 1 c.)
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    About 40 minutes before serving in 10-inch skillet over high heat, in hot butter, cook meat until browned.
    Stir in uncooked noodles, tomato sauce, salt, sugar and pepper.
    Cook, covered, over low heat 20 minutes or until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally.
    Sprinkle with cheese and heat, covered, until cheese melts.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
    Makes 6 servings. 365 calories per serving.
