Party Seafood Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. medium small shrimp
    1 1/2 lb. haddock
    1 lb. scallops
    1 lb. crabmeat
    1/4 lb. margarine or butter
    3/4 c. flour
    3 c. milk
    2 c. fish cooking liquid
    1 1/2 c. cream
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/4 c. sherry
    1 1/4 c. herb seasoned crumbs or buttered crumbs
Preparation
    Parboil haddock and scallops until tender, about 10 minutes. Reserve liquid.
    Remove any bones from haddock.
    Melt margarine or butter.
    Blend in the flour, salt and pepper, then milk, fish, liquid and cream.
    When smooth and thickened, add fish, scallops, shrimp (uncooked), crabmeat and sherry. Spoon mixture into buttered casserole and top with herb seasoning mix or buttered crumbs.
