Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 to 2 c. sugar
1 1/4 to 1 1/2 c. cooking oil
4 eggs
2 to 2 1/4 c. flour
1 to 2 tsp. soda
1 to 2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 to 1 tsp. salt
1 small can crushed pineapple (optional)
1 1/2 to 3 c. grated carrots
1/2 to 1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

Cream sugar and oil; beat in eggs.
Add dry ingredients; fold in pineapple, carrots and nuts.
Pour into three 8-inch layer pans.
Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 25 to 40 minutes or until done.
