Onion Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    30 to 40 Ritz crackers, crushed
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/2 lb. grated Swiss cheese
    3 c. thinly sliced onions
    1 1/2 c. scalded milk
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    In a 2-quart buttered casserole or an 8-inch square baking dish, place crushed crackers in bottom.
    Sprinkle grated Swiss cheese over top; set aside.
